Salt and pepper to taste

6 thin slices boiled ham
Flour
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. butter
Directions
Pound veal slices with meat hammer until flat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on 6 veal slices; cover with remaining veal slices.
Pound edges together.
Dip in flour, then dip in crumbs.
Fry in butter in skillet until brown on both sides.
