Veal Collops Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal | 2 Pound | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Cracker crumbs- 1 cup | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Using a knife, cut the veal into pieces, make sure each piece is the size of an oyster
2.Now dip each veal piece in beaten egg
3.Then roll the piece in cracker crumbs and season with salt and pepper
4.In a pan, fry the pieces in deep fat at 375F degrees
SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
