Veal Chops Pizzaiola Recipe

Ingredients
| 6 veal rib or loin chops, cut about 1/2 inch thick | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), sieved | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Add chops and brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Slowly add tomato mixture to browned veal.
Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
