Veal Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 veal loin chop | ||
| 1 tomato, skinned and chopped | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Chives | 1/2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Pinch of dried tarragon | ||
| Pinch of dried marjoram | ||
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumber with peel | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Place chop on large piece of doubled aluminium foil.
Add remaining ingredients, turning sides of foil up before adding the oil and sherry.
Seal foil securely.
Place packages on barbecue over medium hot coals and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Turn once while cooking.
