Skewered Veal Birds Recipe

| Sliced bacon | 1⁄4 Pound | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |

Directions
Place a tablespoon of stuffing on the center of each portion.
(Try some stuffed olives in that stuffing.) Roll up the veal and wrap with 1 slice of bacon.
Tie with string or use a skewer.
Roll the veal in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown the veal birds on all sides.
Add water.
Close cover and set pressure regulator in place.
When regulator rocks gently, cook for 10 minutes.
Let pressure drop of its own accord.
Serve.
