Veal Birds Recipe
Ingredients
| Steak | 2 Pound | |
| Bread Stuffing No. 2- 1 cup | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Flour and fat- as required | ||
| Milk or water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also cut veal into 2x4 inch pieces
MAKING
3.On each piece of veal place a mound of stuffing, now fold veal over stuffing and fasten with toothpick
4.Season, roll in flour, brown in fat and add milk.
5.Cover and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour

6.Serve with sauce
