 Steak2 Pound
 Bread Stuffing No. 2- 1 cup
 Salt1 To taste
 Flour and fat- as required
 Milk or water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also cut veal into 2x4 inch pieces
MAKING
3.On each piece of veal place a mound of stuffing, now fold veal over stuffing and fasten with toothpick
4.Season, roll in flour, brown in fat and add milk.
5.Cover and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour
SERVING
6.Serve with sauce
