Veal And Pork Sausage Recipe
Over the years I perfected the art of making this Veal And Pork Sausage which was taught to me by my elders. A good way to use up Beef is to make some delicious Veal And Pork Sausage. Best enjoyed as a Side Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. This delicious awaits you, try it right away!.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup each finely chopped parsley and green onion, including part of tops
1/4 teaspoon each rubbed sage ground cloves and mace or nutmeg
1 pound each ground veal and lightly seasoned bulk pork sausage
1 teaspoon each salt and sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup each all-purpose flour and nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
Melt butter in a small fry ng pan over medium-high heat.
Put in the parsley onion, sage, cloves, and mace and saute for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
Combine the onion mixture with the veal, sausage, salt, sugar, pepper, flour, nonfat dry milk, water, and eggs and mix thoroughly.
Wrap and shape as directed.
