Veal With Rosemary Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lbs. veal round steak, cut into strips | ||
| Butter | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained | ||
| Green onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Rosemary | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, snipped | |
Directions
Place veal, butter, mushrooms, onions, rosemary, salt and pepper in 2-quart casserole; cover.
Microwave at medium high (7) 16 to 20 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth.
Add to veal mixture.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes until thickened; stir after 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and parsley and Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until hot.
Microwave at medium high (7) 16 to 20 minutes.
