Ingredients

 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 2 to 3 cups julienne strips of cooked veal roast or pot roast
 Spaghetti sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Dairy sour cream1 Carton (1l)
 Buttered hot noodles

Directions

1. Saute onion in butter or margarine in a large skillet; add meat and brown lightly.
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir 1 cup hot mixture into sour cream in a small bowl; return to the skillet; heat slowly; do not boil.
