Veal Steak Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 tsp flour
 
1 tsp salt
 
Dash poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika
 
4 oz. veal steak, cut in half
 
1 tsp shortening
 
1/2 cup wide noodles, cooked
 
1/2 cup Sour Cream Sauce, prepared
 
3 tsp hot water
 
1 tsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine flour, salt, and seasonings in shaker bag.
Add veal steak; shake to coat.
Remove veal from bag and shake off excess flour.
Heat shortening in small skillet.
Brown veal on both sides; place in small baking dish.
Cover with noodles.
Blend Sour Cream Sauce and hot water.
Pour over noodles.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until veal is tender.
