Veal Scallopini Cubes Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds veal, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 onions, sliced
2 cups brown gravy
2 tablespoons sherry
Salt and pepper
Directions
Dust veal cubes with flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet and saute meat until lightly browned on all sides.
Spoon meat into crock cooker, reserving oil in skillet.
Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet, and saute for a few minutes.
Pour onion and mushroom mix over meat along with the gravy and sherry.
Stir, cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
Adjust seasoning for salt and pepper, and serve with rice, noodles, or over toast points
