Veal Scallopini Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 Lbs. Veal Steak
2-3 Tbs. Butter
1 Clove Garlic
1 1/2 to 2 Tbs. Flour
1-1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 to 2 Medium Onions, sliced thin
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Sauterne or Sherry Wine
Pinch of Fresh-ground Pepper
Pinch of Sage
Pinch of Nutmeg
1-1 1/2 Small Cans Tomato Sauce
3/4 Lb. Cooked Spaghetti
Directions
Melt butter; saute' garlic until brown then discard garlic.
Brown veal strips in butter.
Combine flour, salt, pepper, sage and nutmeg.
When meat is golden brown, add flour mixture, stirring to coat each piece with flour.
Add onions, wine and tomato sauce.
Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, until meat is tender.
Remove meat from pan and mix in cooked spaghetti.
