Veal Scallopini In Italian Gravy Recipe

| 1 pound veal, cut in 1/2 -inch cubes | ||

| 2 or 3 tablespoons salad oil or olive oil | ||
| Button mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 1/2 cups meatless Italian gravy | ||
Directions
Season veal with salt; sprinkle with pepper and dust with flour.
In a heavy frying pan, brown meat in oil.
Add mushrooms, mushroom liquid, and gravy.
Cover and simmer gently for about 1 hour or until meat is tender; stir occasionally. (If sauce is a little thick for your taste, thin with water or beef broth.)
