Ingredients

 Parmesan cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Dry bread crumbs2 Tablespoon
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. veal cutlets or boneless round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 4 ozs. sliced or shredded Mozzarella cheese
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Italian seasoning1/4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat microwave browning grill for 8 minutes on HIGH.
2. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on wax paper. Beat egg in shallow bowl. Cut veal into serving pieces. Dip veal pieces in egg; coat with crumbs.
3. Spray surface of preheated grill with non-stick vegetable coating or grease lightly. Place coated veal on grill; add chopped onion at edge of grill.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH. Turn veal pieces over and continue cooking for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, on HIGH, or until tender.
5. Place veal and onions in shallow 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Top with cheese, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Cover with glass lid or wax paper.
6. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes, on HIGH, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for 1 minute on HIGH.
