Prosciutto Veal Mozzarella Recipe

Ingredients

 3/4 pound veal scallops, cut 3/8 inch thick and pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 1/4 pound prosciutto, sliced thin
 Mozzarella cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 1 8-ounce jar meatless spaghetti sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Heat oil in a medium skillet; add veal scallops, a few at a time, and saute 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a shallow baking dish and top each scallop with slices of prosciutto.
Pour spaghetti sauce over scallops and top with grated cheese.
Bake 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and cheese has melted.
