Veal Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 12 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 Pound Veal Cutlets, 1/4 Inch Thick | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash Onion Salt | ||
| Mozzarella cheese | 2 Ounce | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Melt margarine in 10- X 6-inch baking dish.
3. Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Cut veal into 4 serving pieces. Dip in egg, then in crumbs. Place in baking dish.
5. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn meat and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until tender.
6. In saucepan combine remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil. Pour over meat.
7. Divide cheese into 4 portions. Place one on each piece of veal.
8. Return to oven to melt cheese.
