Veal Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound veal round steak | ||
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salad oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut meat into four serving-size 'pieces; pound until 1/4 inch thick.
Stir together bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Beat eggs slightly.
Dip meat into egg; dip into crumb mixture, coating both sides.
Heat oil in large skillet; brown meat on both sides.
Reduce heat; add water.
Simmer in covered skillet for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Pour tomato sauce in skillet; stir in oregano.
Heat to boiling; pour over meat.
