Veal Parmesan Recipe
Veal Parmesan has a lovely taste. Veal Parmesan gets its taste from veal cutlet mixed with eggs and cheese. Veal Parmesan is inspired by many food chains around the world.
Ingredients
| 1 pound thin veal cutlet | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1/2 soup can water | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Dash thyme | ||
| Mozzarella cheese | 4 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Dip veal cutlet in egg, then in bread crumbs.
Brown in shortening in oven proof skillet.
Add soup, water, onion, garlic, and thyme.
Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender; stir now and then.
Top with Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Broil until cheese melts
