 1 pound boneless veal, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
 Mushrooms1/2 pound, sliced
 Chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 Onion1 Large, finley chopped
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash caraway seeds
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine veal, mushrooms, 1/2 cup broth, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and caraway.
Cover with lid.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 2.
After time appears in display window, stir occasionally.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at HIGH 7 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 21 minutes; stir occasionally.
TO COMPLETE: Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup broth until smooth.
Stir into dish.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
Blend in sour cream.
