Veal Paprika I M Recipe
Veal Paprika is simply one of my favorite dishes. This tasty dish is perfect for a formal weekend lunch at home. Try this delicious and unique Veal Paprika I M recipe.
Ingredients
| 1 pound boneless veal, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Onion | 1 Large, finley chopped | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash caraway seeds | ||
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine veal, mushrooms, 1/2 cup broth, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and caraway.
Cover with lid.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 2.
After time appears in display window, stir occasionally.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at HIGH 7 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 21 minutes; stir occasionally.
TO COMPLETE: Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup broth until smooth.
Stir into dish.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
Blend in sour cream.
Cover with lid.
