Veal Paprika With Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds veal for stew, cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| Onion | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| 1 cup tomato sauce, no sugar added | ||
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup plain unflavored yogurt | ||
Directions
Brown veal in a preheated nonstick skillet.
Transfer to a medium saucepan.
Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally until onion is browned.
Add tomato sauce, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until veal is tender.
Remove from heat; fold in yogurt.
Divide evenly.
