Ingredients

 1 1/2 pounds veal for stew, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 Onion4 Ounce, chopped
 1 cup tomato sauce, no sugar added
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/8 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup plain unflavored yogurt

Directions

Brown veal in a preheated nonstick skillet.
Transfer to a medium saucepan.
Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally until onion is browned.
Add tomato sauce, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until veal is tender.
Remove from heat; fold in yogurt.
Divide evenly.
