Veal Paprika Recipe

Ingredients
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons butter
2 pounds leg veal cut in thin strips
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 cup sour cream
Cooked noodles
Directions
In a 10-inch skillet, cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender but not browned.
Remove from pan.
Coat veal well with flour.
Add some of remaining butter to skillet and brown veal, a small amount at a time, until all butter is used and all meat browned.
Remove meat as each portion is browned.
Add paprika and cook 1-2 minutes stirring well.
Add wine to skillet; cook until reduced to syrup.
Add chicken stock, onions, and veal.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook, covered, over low heat about 25 minutes.
Uncover; reduce liquid by cooking 10 minutes more.
Just before serving, add sour cream.
