Veal Over Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 cups cooked veal roast, cut into thin strips
 
2 large onions, chopped
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
16 ounces canned spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
 
12 ounces sour cream
 
Cooked noodles with melted butter

Directions

1) Saute the onions in the butter until transparent. Add the veal and' cook until lightly browned.
2) Add in the spaghetti and mushroom sauce. Simmer over low flame for 5 to 8 minutes.
3) Place sour cream in a bowl and add 2 cups of the hot veal onion, and spaghetti sauce. Stir and return to pan. Heat over low flame. Pour over cooked and buttered noodles.
