Veal Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
| Veal | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Bread | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine | ||
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Grated rind of one lemon | ||
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
€¢ In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the nutmeg or mace. When thoroughly mixed, pack into an 8 x 4-inch (20 x 10 cm) mold. Sprinkle top with nutmeg or mace. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 20 to 22 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
