Easy Veal Marsala Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound veal, thinly sliced
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
1/2 cup Marsala wine
Directions
Lightly dredge sliced veal in flour.
Brown veal in margarine in a heavy skillet.
Add Marsala wine.
Cover pan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
