Veal Louisa Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean veal - 2 lbs. | ||
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 1/2 | |
| Chicken broth or instant bouillon - 1 cup | ||
| Sauterne - 1/2 cup | ||
| Sour cream - 1/2 to 1 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. To prepare the veal cut it into strips.
2. Dredge in flour, paprika, salt and pepper and saute in butter and oil over medium heat until brown.
3. Add garlic, onion, broth and wine and simmer with cover gently for 20 minutes, until tender.
4. Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
SERVING
5. Serve over rice or noodles.
