Veal Italiano Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal cutlets | 6 , pounded to 1/8 inch thickness | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon (1/2 Stick) | |
| Medium sherry | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Prosciutto | 1⁄3 Pound, thinly sliced | |
| Provolone cheese | 1⁄3 Pound, grated |
Directions
1) Lightly brown the veal in melted butter over a medium flame. Place browned veal in a baking dish.
2) Add the sherry to the pan drippings, stir, and pour over the veal. Place prosciutto over the veal. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
3) Remove from oven and sprinkle the provolone over the veal. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer, or until the cheese has melted.
