| 1 1/2 pound veal scallopini, sliced thinly | ||

| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1) Cook the veal in melted butter until veal turns white. Remove and keep warm. Place the shallots in the pan and cook for 1 minute. Add the wine and cook until almost all of it has evaporated.
2) Return the veal to the pan, and add the cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, lower flame, and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the brown sauce and bring to a boil. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
