| Butter | 1 Ounce | |
| Seasoning | ||
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Milk | 1/4 Pint | |
| Little sherry or lemon juice | ||
Directions
Brown the veal lightly in the butter.
Add soup, milk and seasoning.
Cover pan and simmer gently for 25 minutes, adding little extra milk if required.
Stir in sherry or lemon juice and serve with rice or creamed potatoes and green salad.
