Veal Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal | 1 Pound | |
| Gravy mix package | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic or 1 clove garlic, minced | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, combine veal, gravy mix, onion and celery.
Cook uncovered, 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Cook covered, 9 minutes or until veal is done, stirring occasionally.
Let stand a few minutes before serving over noodles or potatoes.
