Veal Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal - 2 pounds, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| Onions | 2 | |
| Fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Kosher salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Green peppers | 2 To taste | |
| Canned tomato sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a skillet and heat fat in it. Add onions and veal. Cook until brown.
2) Add pepper, salt, paprika, tomato sauce and green peppers.
3) Cover and cook over low heat for about 1 hour or until veal becomes tender.
SERVING
4) Serve alongside dumplings or noodles.
