Ingredients

 Fettucine12 Ounce
 Veal12 Ounce, minced
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Green bell pepper1 To taste, minced
 Sweet red pepper1 To taste, minced
 Beef broth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook fettucine.
Meanwhile, in a covered skillet, heat oil.
Sear veal slices.
Remove from skillet.
Set aside.
In veal cooking fat, fry onion, garlic and bell pepper.Cover.
Over low heat, cook until vegetables are tendercrisp.
Mix in veal and beef broth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Drain fettucine.
Spoon veal mixture over a bed of fettucine.
