Veal Cutlets In Wine Recipe

| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 veal cutlets (about 1 pound) | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives | ||
Directions
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat with flour mixture.
2. Melt butter in an 8-inch square glass baking dish in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Arrange meat in dish; turn pieces over to coat. Cover with waxed paper. Cook 4 minutes at High; turn meat over after 2 minutes.
3. Remove excess liquid from dish. Cook covered in microwave oven 12 minutes at Medium-High, or until tender; rotate dish one-half turn after 7 minutes.
4. Turn meat over. Add wine and olives. Cook covered in microwave oven 1 minute at High.
