Veal Croquettes Recipe

1 lb (450 g) ground veal
Salt and pepper
Pinch of curry
1/4 Cup (60 ml) soft part of bread
1/4 Cup (60 ml) ketchup
1/2 tsp (2 ml) chili powder
1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
1 Cup (250 ml) cooked rice
Directions
– In a large bowl, mix croquette ingredients and shape into small chops.
– In a skillet, heat oil, melt butter and cook croquettes. Remove when cooked and keep warm.
– Using the same skillet, saute rice in oil and add salt to taste.
– Place chops on a serving dish on little mounds of rice.
