Veal Chops Verdurette Recipe
This is a kick ass Veal Chops Verdurette recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. This Veal Chops Verdurette is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as an Appetizer often. I am certain both of us will concur that this Veal Chops Verdurette is simply scrumptious.

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
6 veal chops
1 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
2 onions, sliced into rings
6 lettuce leaves
3 tomatoes, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a skillet, melt butter.
Sear veal chops 2 minutes each side.
Remove from skillet.
Sprinkle veal cooking fat with flour, mixing well.
Fold broth into mixture.
Over low heat, simmer 4-5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Meanwhile, transfer veal chops to an ovenproof dish.
Cover with successive layers of onions, lettuce leaves and tomatoes, ending with a second layer of lettuce.
Pour in enough sauce to cover lettuce.
If sauce is insufficient, add tomato juice.
Cook in oven 2 hours.
