Veal Chops Roma Recipe
Ingredients
6 veal chops (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 cup green pepper strips
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
Directions
In skillet, brown chops and cook garlic with oregano in butter.
Add soup and onion.
Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes.
Add pepper and olives.
Cook 15 minutes more or until done.
Stir now and then.
