| 4 veal rib or loin chops, cut 1/2-inch thick or 1 lb. veal round steak, cut into 4 pieces | ||

| Sliced mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, if desired | ||

Directions
Combine flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Coat chops with flour mixture.
In fry pan, brown meat on both sides in hot oil.
Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and wine.
Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is tender.
