Ingredients

 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 4 veal rib or loin chops, cut 1/2-inch thick or 1 lb. veal round steak, cut into 4 pieces
 1 tablespoon oil or shortening
 Onion1 Small, sliced
 Sliced mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, if desired
 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 1/2 cup white or red wine

Directions

Combine flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Coat chops with flour mixture.
In fry pan, brown meat on both sides in hot oil.
Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and wine.
Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is tender.
