Veal Chops Bonne Femme Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal chops | 4 | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 gammon rasher, lean bacon, or ham strip, about 1/4 lb. | ||
| 12 button or pickling onions | ||
| 8 small new potatoes | ||
| Button mushrooms | 4 Ounce | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 pint (1 1/2 cups) w | ||
Directions
Heat the butter in the pan, put in the chops and brown on both sides then remove from the pan.
Put the gammon strips, onions and mushrooms into the pan and saute until the onions begin to color.
Stir in the flour then add the wine and stock.
Bring to boil
