Veal Chili In Puff Pastry Recipe

Ingredients

 Vegetable oil1 Teaspoon
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Ground veal10 Ounce
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Pinch
 A few drops of Tabasco sauce
 Red kidney beans1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Crushed tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon
 2 commercial pastry shells

Directions

In a skillet, heat oil.
Saute onions, pepper and garlic 5 minutes.
Add veal.
Season.
While stirring, cook 3 minutes or until meat is brown all over.
Fold in kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide veal mixture among pastry shells.
