| Crushed tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 commercial pastry shells | ||
Directions
In a skillet, heat oil.
Saute onions, pepper and garlic 5 minutes.
Add veal.
Season.
While stirring, cook 3 minutes or until meat is brown all over.
Fold in kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide veal mixture among pastry shells.
