Veal And Tomato Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Veal | 10 Ounce, cut into strips | |
| Canned tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt and pepper parsley, chopped | ||
| Salt and pepper parsley, chopped | ||
Directions
In a large non stick skillet, heat oil.
Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic 5 minutes or so.
Add veal strips.
Sear 5 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Over low heat, simmer 10 minutes or so.
Spoon veal and vegetables over a bed of brown or wild rice, if desired.
Garnish with parsley.
