Ingredients

 Veal1 1/2 Pound
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour3 Tablespoon
 8 oz green grapes
 1 dessert apple
 1 ripe pear
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Cream3 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Remove any traces of fat from the meat and cut into chunks
2. In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine, add veal chunks to it and fry till golden brown on each side
3. Add about half a cup of water, cover ans simmer for forty five minutes till the veal is tender
4. In a bowl, mix the flour with the rest of the water to form a smooth paste; stir it into the veal and cook for another five minutes
5. Peel grapes, halve and remove the seeds; peel and quarter the apples and pears, remove their cores and dice them
6. Add salt, cream and paprika into the veal mixture and add the fruit in; heat for a couple of minutes

SERVING
7. Serve hot
