3 pounds veal shoulder, cubed
 
2 tablespoons cooking oil
 
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
 
3 onions, chopped
 
3/4 garlic clove, crushed
 
2 tablespoons paprika
 
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 1/2 cups water

Directions

1) Place the veal, green pepper, onions, and garlic in hot oil and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring continuously.
2) Mix in the paprika, tomatoes, salt, and water. Cover and continue cooking 1 to 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
