Vattilappa Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 (For 4) | |
| Thick coconut milk 150 ml. (1 cup) | ||
| Palm jaggery 30 gm. | ||
| Grated nutmeg a pinch | ||
| Lime rind 1/2 lime | ||
Directions
1. Extract thick coconut milk.
2. Add grated jaggery and mix till dissolved.
3. Add beaten eggs, grated nutmeg and lime rind.
4. Pour into a greased mould and steam gently till set.
