Vattalappam Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 4 | |
| Sugar | 175 Gram | |
| Evaporated milk | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Cardamom | 3 | |
| Badam | 3 | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Cashewnuts | 3 |
Directions
in a blender put egg,sugar,cardamom,badam,cashewnuts,salt and blend it nicely.
then in a cooker put water and keep a bowl pour milk,blended egg mixture and close the lid and cover with small glass,allow for 15 mins, when it becomes cool add ghee on the top and serve with granshing chopped badam,cashewnuts,pista. now ready to serve.
