Vatapa Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Chowder | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 2 soup cans water | ||
| Salted peanuts | 125 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Flaked coconut | 50 Milliliter | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Few drops tabasco sauce | ||
| Shrimp | 500 Gram, deveined | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except shrimp.
Cover and bring to boil; stir often.
Add shrimp; simmer 5 minutes or until tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
