Vatapa Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed | ||
| Manhattan style clam chowder | ||
| 2 soup cans water | ||
| Salted peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash | |
| 1 pound fresh shrimp, shelled, deveined, and cut up | ||
Directions
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except shrimp.
Cover; bring to boil.
Add shrimp; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Remove, bay leaf before serving.
