Vatapa Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) condensed beef broth
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed
Manhattan style clam chowder
2 soup cans water
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 bay leaf
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 pound fresh shrimp, shelled, deveined, and cut up
Directions
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except shrimp.
Cover; bring to boil.
Add shrimp; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Remove, bay leaf before serving.
