Varan Recipe
Ingredients
| Split red gram 120 gm. | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
Directions
1. Wash and soak gram.
2. Boil the water.
3. Add gram and turmeric.
4. Cook till water is nearly finished and add salt.
5. Mix well with a ladle. (Consistency of gram should be thick.)
6. Serve hot.
