Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Vanilla Ice Cream recipe is very precious to me because it was passed on to me by my mom. Whether you are an amateur cook or a professional chef, I recommend the Vanilla Ice Cream for the sheer joy of cooking it.

Ingredients

 
4 eggs
 
1 cup sugar
 
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
 
1 (3-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
 
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 
1 1/2 quarts milk, divided

Directions

Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium-high speed of an electric mixer for 1 minute.
Add sugar, and beat well.
Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, and vanilla, beat well.
Stir in 1 quart milk.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Add remaining 1/2 quart milk.
Freeze mixture according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Let ripen at least 1 hour.
