Vanilla-fluff Tarts Recipe
Vanilla fluff tarts are easy and simple to prepare tarts made with vanilla pudding and heavy cream filled in tart shells. A chilled dessert, the vanilla fluff tarts may be decorated with chocolate shavings.
Ingredients
6 to 8 baked tart shells
1 package vanilla pudding
1/2. teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Make tart shells as directed at left.
Prepare pudding according to package directions, but decrease milk to 1 3/4 cups.
Add vanilla.
Chill; beat smooth; fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into baked tart shells.
Garnish each tart with shaved chocolate curls.
