Ingredients
2 egg whites, room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar replacement
2 tsp granulated fructose
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine egg whites, sugar replacement, and fructose in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Beat until foamy and well blended.
Stir in flour, melted margarine, and vanilla.
Drop onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
Use a fork dipped in water to flatten dough wafer-thin.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, or just until lightly browned around edges.
Use an oven mitt and bend each wafer around a rolling pin.
Press gently against the rolling pin for a few seconds.
Slide wafer off pin, and place on cooling rack.
Cool tuiles completely.
