Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
 
1 package JELL O® Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie
 
Filling
 
3 1/4 cups (8 ounce container) COOL WHIP® LITE® Whipped Topping, thawed
 
1 cup miniature marshmallows
 
22 whole cinnamon graham crackers, broken into 44 squares
 
2 squares BAKER'S® Semi Sweet Chocolate, shaved or grated

Directions

Pour milk into large mixing bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Gently stir in whipped topping and marshmallows.
For each sandwich, spread about 2 tablespoons pudding mixture onto each of 2 graham cracker squares.
Lightly press graham crackers together to form sandwich.
Repeat with remaining graham crackers and pudding mixture.
Press edges of each sandwich into chocolate to coat.
Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap.
Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
Remove grahamwiches from freezer about 5 mimutes before serving.
Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
